I can’t get an order to come out of that place right. They always make a mistake. It’s 24 hours but the doors always locked! After 8pm it becomes a Spanish night club where barely speak or hear each other. No one speaks English… it’s hard to speak to someone that can’t understand you! They also seem to dump nasty liquid at night out front the store… its gross!!!

Worst ever I will not be going back !!! The workers drag they foot like they don’t want to be working. There is a girl by the register Spanish looking by the name Ashley who is very disrespectful, she tries to insult me saying I didn’t even pay for my cone ! When I use my rewards. My order came out wrong and they took everything separate. I will post a picture I order strawberry milkshake and got vanilla. When I asked why ? the attitude was too much ! They make you feel like you’re begging and not buying . I will be deleting my mobile app as this is my last order. If you’ll want bad customer service please go to this location!

Omg waited 20mins for a simple breakfast meal and then didn't have the condiments I requested, the mcgriddle was so nasty ugh! The OJ was the worst.

The slowest McDonald's in New York. I was there for only a happy meal and fries. My order took over 25 minutes to complete. Why? There was a girl that was ahead of me just waiting for water and it took them over 10 minutes to hand her a water. The employees spend more time laughing and talking then serving the customer. Never going back.

I got upset over the way corporations are they charge so much for a product that is not even worth what they charging especially in a low income area some places they overdo it some places they don't but I think McDonald's is over doing it by charging so much for a product that's not even worth that much in real life you can buy yourself a pound of me to Make a Better Burger than McDonald's sorry to say and it's expensive what your charge the charge too much getting out of hand let's go back to reality in this world

On a normal day I could order here, walk to dunkin for a coffee, and get back in time to pick up my McDonald's food
