McDonald's

Horrible front counter service. No one is present at the front. People have stood there and left. Door dashers standing there waiting and no one to attend. A worker passed by without acknowleding customers.. Horrible!!!!!!!

This McDonald's is super customer friendly... Had and order that got canceled and they remade it super fast.

There’s never anybody upfront and they are always in a bad mood. I also see there is discrimination at Hispanics.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill.It’s run by a bunch of kids. They have no customer service at all. They all mumble when they talk to you so it’s hard to understand what they are saying. The food is lousy. My hamburgers were both raw in the middle and the fries were still frozen. Someone could get food poisoning. The staff is always hanging out with their friends instead of helping people at the counter. I saw a boy playing with this EarPod then handling food. That was disgusting. This used to be the best McDonald’s in Bonita Springs. It’s clear there is no strong management here.
