Terrible service just about everybody who works there needs to be fired, plus none of them apparently know how to make Chicken nuggets or a milkshake, they deserve a reward for just how incompetent they all are!

The food was cold. My burger was not added on correctly. Fries cold. What I've learned is that you have to be there for a special time of day to get hot food and service. I saw a young man in there picking his nose. I hope he don't handle any food. I took a picture. I am not satisfied a lot of the times I go there. Service is picky at best. Sad cause this location is very busy.

I ordered a quarter pounder which is SUPPOSED to be cooked to order this one clearly was not!!!!! It was ICE COLD not even warm and the bun was hard. I would guess this sandwich was at least 2 hrs old!! The cheese wasn't even melted in the slightest way.. the grease on the burger had even solidified!!! Just horrible!!!! When I tried to call to complain the phone was busy for hours I assume they took it off the hook. I will be contacting the district and regional managers as this is extremely poor food service being a manager for McDonald's in the pass there is no way I would allow this type of behavior to continue in my store.

No more McDonald's for me at all it says 24 hours open but from 2:00 to around 4:00 No one comes to the order speaker food is not what it used to be like 39 years ago

It is beyond ridiculous how customers have to wait in line and no one answers the intercom. I stayed in line 30 minutes. I even said Hello multiple times when I finally pulled up to the intercom. If you don’t have adequate staff, then you need to close. Unprofessional and ghetto as hell! You could at least have the courtesy and respect to answer and say “please hold” or “I’ll be with you shortly” … I mean damn.
