I placed a mobile order, told them my mobile order number, was told to drive ahead to the first window, was not given a receipt and was told to just drive to the second window, and after being in line for a half hour at 1AM, the manager on duty tells me that my order wasn’t received so they can’t give me my food. Mind you, two previous staff members had already confirmed my order. If my order wasn’t processed, why wasn’t i told that before wasting 30 minutes in line for nothing. What a joke of an establishment, an employees and management.
