The tables were dirty and when a customer asked the person from the front counter to clean one so they could sit and eat, she walked away and never responded but she came back and cleaned ONE table but all of them (yes ALL) were dirty. I've noticed that a LOT of the employees at McDonald's seem to hate their jobs. Even if you are polite, they are rude and don't open their mouths to greet or answer questions. When I meet a nice employee, I'm so excited I have to tell them how great it is to be helped by him or her. I try to use the kiosk as much as possible to avoid poor customer service and bad attitudes.
It’s what you expect from any other McDonalds. Horrible food yet edible, less than stellar service, but in a new building with a clean environment. I managed to steer clear of the employees who were using the dining area as a location for STUDY HALL, I was not bothered by this. Ate my greasy falling apart burger and smashed my fries, while washing it down with a very tasty Dr Pepper. I will probably go back in the future.
Unprofessional from the drive through to the front to the manager, own up to your mistake, take customers service training and apologize to customer when your store in error, this is the exact reason I stop eating at these places, and the line that’s wrapped around the building is definitely giving signs up problems
Just love McDonald's. I really enjoy the sauce on the Big Mac and the Sweet and Sour sauce for the Nuggests
If I could give them no stars I would . You’ll be waiting in line for one burger as if you’re waiting on a home cooked meal from scratch …but in reality , it’s no home cooked meal . It’s a pound of rushed slop . Do better . Fire everybody
