Waited about 15mins to place an order and another 15mins to get my food and still gave me my wrong order about 35mins in the drive through SMH the excuse was because they were under staff

Ive been coming to this mcdonalds for the past month (pregnancy cravings) and always get the same thing, Big breakfast w/hot cakes substitute biscuit for a mcgriddle, this morning whoever was working the window said i couldnt make substitutions and that they should not have been doing it??? It was the most bizzare thing considering theyve never made it a big deal about it, but i think the girl was new or didn’t know how to work the system, she didnt want to ask for help, and it was easier for her to deny people’s orders….idk, but, get it together mcdonalds lol

We ordered online through the app. When we got there, they were out of diet coke. So we paid for them, and couldn't get them. With no suitable substitute. In the past, when a site is out of something, the app won't let you order it, so you don't lose your money. I am extremely unhappy.

Wrong order. Minimum wage effort from these guys. Superhard for a single order for 1 person. Chicken Nuggets I wanted, filet o nasty fish is what i get. Paid for something didnt get it, money stolen never going back there. McDonalds is rare vist already because ALWAYS bad service, ALWAYS at nearly every McDs. Horrible these days.

Really decent food most of the time but this carry out restaurant is in a bad location.

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to, service is super slow too. Was at the drive thru for at least 30 minutes and I was the second car in line. They told me to pull forwards that it would be brought out. There was like 6 people in the kitchen from what I could see. Standing in a circle talking and laughing including a guy in a white shirt who isn’t managing his crew very well

The store is very clean and the customer service is amazing and the manager is super helpful
