I arrived at 10:40 pm. 20 minutes before closing. I was told the restaurant was closed when I entered. I said it's too early. They looked at me with a dissatisfied, hostile look. I made a table order through the mobile application. The manager girl with a headset in her ear called me, shouting across the room that the order was ready. When I said that this was a table order and I had a number on the table (number 34), she refused to bring it to me, saying that I had to pick it up myself. It was super rude. Terrible service.
Went on 3/8 at 11:00 and the overall experience was terrible. We went through the drive through and received our cold food, only to get home and realize they forgot my burger. I drove all the way back and asked them for my burger since it was missing, and the nasty looks i was receiving was beyond me. Basically, i was treated as an inconvenience, when i felt i was the one inconvenienced!! I was very nice and understanding having worked in the food industry before and thanked them before leaving back home to eat. Once i got home i opened up my burger to THIS!!! I love ketchup, don’t get me wrong, but this is absolutely insane. i’m not sure if i upset them with having to remake an order, but i feel like this was personal!! There are too many Mcdonald’s in the area i could go too, i won’t be coming back!!
I ask for 3 cokes 2 Dr Pepps and they all came out Dr Pepper and rhe food waa cold all the food the fries tastes like they just put them in the microwave i never complain but this time it was not acceptable.

I absolutely love this location. For the most part, everyone is very sweet. However, this morning, Monday, February 12th, the woman at the drive thru was rude, and rushing. I can understand maybe she’s having a bad day, but really?
Cant go wrong with a sausage McMuffin meal.
