Lady was rude about me getting my free refill literally walked up to me and yelled what I'm doing with a line full of customers. Totally uncalled for and embarrassing. Then says I need to ask for water, is she sick in the head or something, then I see her just staring at me through the wall

The lady at Drive-Thru first window was worst than ever….we are placing an order , the lady was never listening n asks to pull up next window , even there is no one waiting behind me…. I have to order few more. I asked for sugar in cappuccino but they never added #Just listen to people first # Sorry for management tho, but Im gonna delete it , if the lady behavior changes next time.

Kids wanted a burger with cheese, so we had to tell them to specifically just add the cheese alone to the burger, nothing else , no patty since we don't eat meat. But the order came without cheese.
