Best McDonald's hands down. I go here often 8n mornings before work. Service is great very welcoming and even asks how's your day after you order. Food is fresh and in timely fashion. Best McDonald's 5⭐️

Where to start lol Half the time your food is going to be wrong, whether they bag the orders wrong or just don’t make them right I couldn’t tell you. Most of the employees, doesn’t matter the shift, act like literal children. The managers act like it right there with them. I’ve seen 1 maybe and that’s a long stretch maybe seen 2 managers actual working and trying to get their crew to behave and work. Orders taken ridiculous amount of time to get out 9/10 times. You’ll literally stand there and for 5+ mins watching them only make drive orders, and that’s whether the drive is busy or not. Most of the employees stand behind the wall blocking the view from lobby just standing there joking around even though there’s 5+ lobby orders waiting. Also idk why they find it so funny to snicker and talk horrible about customers as if 1) it can’t be heard 2) it makes a difference if they do it in Spanish or English. A good amount of white complexion people know Spanish, whether they let you know they do or not. Someone should probably inform them of that. Customer would but they tend to magically act like they don’t understand English once you need something. Corporate would this franchise/store down in a heartbeat if they saw the behaviors committed here. Oh wait it’s a good thing I know some people in corporate that’ll be hearing of this.

I'd say 90 percent of the time this place has given us a terrible experience. Most of the time the orders are wrong but last week we went at night after a long day at work and the lady there was extremely rude she needs to go. She has absolutely no business working in customer service. At least she should finish making sure she handed out the full order before walking away and leave us talking and then waiting. I understand customer service is a pain in the butt job but that employee does not give a damn about her job and she needs to go. DO NOT come to this location especially at night.

Regularmente voy a otras locaciones cerca de mi casa pero decidí llegar a esta porque estaba de camino , y me desepciono ya que me hicieron sentir muy mal. la manager o supervisora llamada Rosa , hice un pedido online un kids meal y al fijarme k no tenía queso la hamburguer le comenté q quería extra queso y reaccionó con mal actitud y agarró la hamburguesa apretándola con el puño de su mano y fue a mi mesa a revisar mi resivo enojada con la hamburguesa en la mano porque yo no había pagado extra queso ! Le dije q se calmara q yo lo iba a pagar , solo quería un queso y regreso ala caja y me dijo apretando la hamburguesa que lo pagara rudamente y luego daba la orden para q le pusieran el queso pague miserables $1.09 para extra queso y le dije k ella debe ser amable y contestó mal poniéndose a discutir y dijo k no le importa .porque ella era la manager ahora se el porque ese restaurant no tiene mucha clientela no volveré a esa franquisia . Ya que luego que pague el queso me dio la misma hamburguesa q ella apretó con sus manos no me la cambio lo q me duele q era para un nińo y no tuvo compasión realmente fue una humillación muy grande ojalá se den cuenta de la persona que tienen a cargo y le den oportunidad a otras personas q realmente hagan su trabajo .
