Took almost 30 mins to get my food as well as everyone else in line. They were disorganized like you wouldn't believe.

This mcdonalds takes the cake for worst service. The cashier was having a very bad day and was rudely trying to get the customers to line up in a different line. After placing our order and learning lots of food was unavailable, we patiently waited. As we waited, we saw a worker rub his nose and use his phone while working. Many customers who went after us received their food, but we still waited. In fear of missing our flight, we left without the food.

I’m standing here was told by meds employee that they open at 430 am been waiting for over a hour and employee comes out to counter and say we’re not open but we were told 430 and it’s 434am now and they’re cooking stuff this is a billion dollar corporation and not opening when suppose to isn’t profession and looking over at the hours of operation it’s say 24 hr. I’ve been sitting here over an hour. Not wanting to walk all the to my gate and come back. Is McDaniel opening when they want to now

The managers and employees are rude and ghetto. Curse alot!! Open and close down when they feel like it. For Ex: closing was at 3 Opening times went from 4 to 430 now it’s 5 o Clock, all because they wanted to wait till the other employees come in to help with the rush!!!! Crazy wen your already on the shift n most of the food ready. So sad Everyone complains every day from passengers to employees Something gotta give AND HIRE BETTER AND OLDER MANAGEMENT!!! Please and thank you

Horrible customer service. The supposed to be manager shantelle and her little homegirl are very rude and disrespectful to customers. We got vouchers,she didn’t know how to put it in the system, o e of them went over by $2 , we wanted to pay the difference amd she said she we could not do that, she was rushing and rang me out right away, i still had a couple dollars left on my voucher, i asked of she could give me something else for the remaining balance, she said NO and that I should read with the worst attitude, brushed me off and started to take the next order dismissing me very rudely.She made our already rough trip worst with her lack of customer service.she ran her mouth talking junk loudly as I walked away.if these young ladies don’t have the patience to work with the public, they should not be allowed to work with us.

Everything was a caos , and nobody put attention to that , bad service , bad food they cut one slice of cheese and half ridiculous and half of pickles

I know airport food is expensive but just eat somewhere else. The app lets you order/ pay for items that they aren't offering at the location. I was at the airport at 6am, I wanted a strawberry banana smoothie along with a few other breakfast items. The app showed the items as available, had me pay for it. I set it as pickup, and then when I got there, it was on the sticker but it was missing. I asked one of the ladies where my smoothie was, and she said they don't offer any smoothies or a bunch of other items. The place was swamped with customers, super understaffed, and I had to flag her down for my other missing drink.

Ordered a basic egg McMuffin meal at concourse E and walked back to my gate in concourse T, only to find out my bag didn’t even contain the egg McMuffin. Check your bag before you walk away!
