They left the cheese paper on the burger and the fries were cold. Very poor service. They don’t care obviously. Go here as a last resort.
Slowest McDonald's that sells spoiled lettuce...
No lie, this is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I wanted to go a few time just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke but I have gone like 4 times randomly for lunch and all 4 times it was fast and the food was made perfectly. I just got a couple classic double cheese and a large fry. The burger buns were fresh, the cheese was melted, the patties were cooked perfectly and they had just the right amount of ketchup on there. The fries have been fresh out the fryer 3”every visit. They could be a little less stingy with the salt on the fries but otherwise they were great. I have been to a lot of McDonald’s in Atlanta and so far this one is my favorite. Also the employees are nice. They always respond when I say thank you and have a good day. They seem to be actually okay with their job unlike a lot of McDonald’s where they seem like they can’t wait to quit or leave for the day. Definitely recommend this one!
I typically don’t leave reviews but this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, it’s also my local McDonald’s. Whether I’m stopping for drive thru or ordering through a delivery app, 9/10 times, my order is NOT correct. I can understand human error but this is beyond absurd at this point. And it’s beyond missing condiments. I usually let that slide. But it ranges from the entire order being wrong to missing fries when I ordered a meal, and getting a red half-watery slushie when I ordered a coke. Truly, I don’t understand how hard it is to just provide the correct items in the order.
Drive through order was wrong for us and 3 other people at the same time. Staff too busy joking and laughing to focus on their jobs. Fries had no salt.
The new owners took a month before they got the wi-fi to work. Now their receipts are not legible due to low ink supply in BOTH their drive-thru and in the dining room.
