Online says they’re supposed to be open at 5am. Placed an order online, app allowed me to place order, I checked opening time online, but when I showed up at 5:15 no one was there. Couldn’t get a refund either. Whichever employee was there decided to hide in the back and ignore me instead of just saying they weren’t ready to open yet… worst McDonalds experience ever. Waste of $$ and time.
I ordered a double Big Mac with estra sauce, But Instead they gave me a Single Big Mac with no Sauce. The food was returned to the location of metropolitan park way. Inside there was only two customers waiting for food that was already served. It took 15 to 20 minutes before manager Ask how can I help you. I have explained the situation and gave the manager my receipt. The manager looked at the contents of the food in the Bag and walk away. I did not receive an apology from the manager. It took fifteen minutes to receive the remake of the food from an employee, The remake I'll receive was the same food I returned. Instead of making it all over again , they only added meat to the cold food that was returned with cold french fries. I asked to speak with the manager again with no response.... I'm not looking for someone to get fired. But need more training about their job. I will never stop at that location again.
If I could post five stars it would definitely definitely be for no customer service
This location always has the rude nasty attitude young employees that work here. The service sucks and our food was cold.
