Do better McDonald's, service was horrible, drive thru girl didn't enter order correctly had to repeat 3xs and fix at window, coke was nasty asked for replacement, blonde boy rolled his eyes, ended up having to go inside handed cups said fill what ever you want, manager rolled eyes and did nothing...open sandwich and you can see what was handed out. Pre cooked left in warmer to long!!! I'm in customer service industry too.. this is not how you handle things. Do better or find a different job!!!!

We got our food faster in the drive thru than inside. No one paid attention to me while I stood in front of the cash register. I had to go to the drive thru

Terrible service

Ordered a 20 piece nuggets with 2 lg fries. Was only given 4 packs of ketchup and 4 sauces. When asked if we could have more ketchup we were told they'd have to charge us for extra ketchup. Any other McDonald's would give you ketchup for free and at least 3 sauces per 10 PC nugget. Very disappointed with Alvarado Tx McDonald's. Don't waste your appetite on them. Rude and unwilling to please their customers over condiments. Fries were hot and fresh. Nuggets were old and breading was bit chewy like they had been sitting under heat lamp. This was also a Saturday night. Weekend service should be perfect in fast food.
