Want to give it zero stars. I am more than understanding when it comes to the food service industry. The customer service was awful and honestly just rude. I made an online order and when I got to the window I was told the item wasn’t available. I asked for the refund and they told me to check the app. I left checked the app and it told me to go to the window. Came back asked manager for assistance and they just said check app. The employee then became rude with me saying I’m holding up the line and I was stupid for not being able to figure it out. I was shocked that he felt that was ok to say to me.

Love this McDonald's always food very hot and fresh.

Says open 24hrs and has the menu on and employees inside but no one will take orders. One lady was just walking around on the phone

Были здесь вчера, заказ делали внутри через автомат, но забрали с собой домой. Пока ждали заказ - осмотрел помещение, чисто, уютно, на входе коридор с 2 аккуратными кассами и столиком выдачи, отдельно зал для детей с горками, лазалками и планшетами на которых можно играть. И отдельно зал для взрослых кто не хочет слушать крик детей. Еду приготовили быстро, еда вкусная, заказ полностью соответствовал тому что заказали. Я не понимаю почему такой плохой рейтинг здесь но все было максимально превосходно! Обязательно будем заходить еще при возможности, к сожалению мы живем в 45 минутах езды на юг и здесь совсем не такое обслуживание Kid-friendliness: Есть большой игровой дал для детей, отделенный от основного зала!

Can to pick up an order through the drive thru. They promptly said you have to pick it up inside. When I came inside I was ignored and after asking to be helped. After 10 minutes with no one else in the store they finally started the order which they lied and said was already finished. It was only a kids order of chicken nuggets. Nothing else! Terrible service and workers all the way around.

This was one of the cleanest McDonald’s establishments that I have visited in my 9 years of being in Georgia. The Layout is great and the service is top notch

Gomez is always wonderful and has such a positive attitude as well as a fabulous personality!! He is absolutely amazing and has made trips to this location enjoyable.
