McDonald's

the guy who took our order in the drive through was so freaking rude. I was amazed. “Hey what do you want” I replied “I have a code!” (i was using the app) “Well I sure hope it’s not a frappe or a mcflurry” “excuse me?” “What I just said” WHAT? Talked to me like I was a stupid child or something. He was white with brown hair. so extremely rude.

Everything about this McDonald’s is awful customer service is ridiculous ordering is pitiful people pulling off because they can’t place an order the only person that helped me and fixed my food was a guy name Otis I asked him what his name was and thanked him for helping me because it was a disaster I will not be revisiting.

Honestly the worst employees . Manager is to blame i believe as they allow the workers to behave the way they do

Always so fast and accurate

Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes to try to pick up a mobile order at the speaker and had to leave without being able to speak to anyone. Was stuck because I couldn't leave my car to go inside to cancel the order or cancel from the app. Drive thru process here is horrendous, employees generally fine whenever I'm here

Over 30 minutes for a meal
