McDonald's

I literally work 3 minutes down the road had my food dash took them no time she must had been sitting in the parking lot.however my food sucked.thos McDonald's is really bad..last week I took my patients up there and the lady told me all she had was nuggets because they didn't have a cook.smsh

I had stopped here on my way back home from Myrtle Beach recently and received a good burger so I visited again. I have high blood pressure so when I eat out,I order No Salt,perfectly capable of adding my own Seasoning if I want. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder meal and it was prepared to my taste and was good! Andrew helped make sure No Salt was on grill and not in Fry bin so No Salt on Fryes! I really appreciate this! Evidently I have concluded not all McDonald's are the same.It really does depend on the crew! Update...stopped again,Renee was very helpful keeping Salt off my burger and new fries w/o Salt! Update 7/10 Stopped by again for breakfast,I got two sausage,egg,cheese Mcmuffins and an unsweetened Tea. Everything was fresh and Tea was good and strong! Very friendly people.I will go back.Jeremy took my order enjoyed talking to him.UPDATE 12/28/23...I really hate to leave this but hopefully management can figure what's going on! I am Diabetic and have drank Unsweetened Tea for over 30 years and don't drink Sodas either! I know when the Unsweet Tea in lobby has sugar in it even a little bit.The drive-thru is good!! As a Customer and Diabetic that can recognize Sugar by the taste since I don't do sugar in drinks, I think that I can request the Unsweet Tea that I think is alright across counter for drive- thru. I would suggest washing out container very good if container had sugar accidentally in it before! Is there not Cameras watching employees making food and drinks? What I am curious about, is why is it the lobby only Unsweet Tea and not the drive-thru unsweet Tea too? This has happened 2 days in a roll.The only thing I drink is unsweetened Tea with no artificial sweetners for 30+ years or water! Seriously drinking Sugar can be extremely harmful to a Diabetic even in low amounts!! Update 1/8/24 Unsweetened Tea was good in lobby! I was told that somone on 3rd night/shift was using wrong tea bags,some Tea bags have sugar already in it. I asked if color coded,she said yes! Mgr said someone was just hitting the sugar button while making the Unsweetened Tea! Glad it has been taken care of! Update 2/24/24 Awesome Unsweetened Tea in Lobby! Thx Dietary restrictions: They make everything Fresh so I can reduce my Salt for my high blood pressure,even though they have Automated check outs,they still are ready to take your order!

Just ordered from the mobile app which I won't be doing anymore. I frequently order from this location with the app and usually it's not a problem. They gave me cookies instead of nuggets. I was already having a bad day but that was the last straw. Not coming back here again. Id rather drive to the one all the way in Cartersville. Don't recommend

We received cold food. I don't recommend this particular location.

Customer service for the most part seems to be a thing of the past since the pandemic, being short staffed only goes so far then you either need to staff correctly or start closing stores that you cannot properly staff, on top of it all when did it become policy to only use half a slice of cheese when we pay extra for that cheese expecting a full piece?? I mean come on, food cost can't be that high and as much as the price of your food has went up I expect my food to be exactly what I expected and payed for

3rd shift crew, approximately 1215am. Workers are more concerned with chit chatting than the customer. Didn't receive any napkins, had to blow the horn multiple times to get her to come back and give me a straw. Wasn't asked if I wanted ketchup... which would've been nice Fries are COLD . Double cheeseburgers have 4 and 5 pieces of cheese which is very overpowering. Last manager they had kept a good crew and was on top of everything. Now the night shift crew sucks and I won't be going back anymore. Complete waste of my lunch break
