McCoy's Bar & Grill

We ate here after our flight was canceled and rescheduled to the next day. Service was very slow. Food finally came 50 min later. Our flight was the next morning. Mid flight we all came down with food poisoning. It was terrible. This was the only thing we all ate and so we knew it must have been from McCoys.

We ate here everyday at different timeframes while staying at the Hyatt. Service, cleanliness and food were consistent. All servers and chefs went above and beyond and were careful and understanding about my gluten intolerance. Would like to highlight server Hillary and the Chef who worked the evening shift 4/2 for exceptional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options Kid-friendliness: A lot of options, Large portions

Server came by twice the whole time. Never asked if we needed anything additional. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium rare… it came out with the stick in it to indicated medium rare, but there was no pink to be found inside of the burger. I mentioned it to the server, after we flagged her down for a soda refill, but she brushed it off. The fries were way over salted and hard to enjoy. It took forever to get seated, waited on, and for the food too. It wasn’t even crowded. Someone in the kitchen was yelling that the food was taking too long… I guess when you rush the food comes out mediocre at best. Not worth the money they charged. Very disappointed. This visit was on 3/29/24.

McCoy’s is on the lobby level of the Hyatt Regency at Orlando’s Airport. I typically eat breakfast here when I stay. It has a very expansive breakfast buffet satisfying anything I’m craving. It has the basics like scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, golden hash browns, and an oat meal station. They always have freshly sliced fruits, salads, and creamy yogurts. There are buttery croissants, flaky pastries, and stacks of pancakes and French toast. This round, I got a made to order omelet. It was fine. Very predictable and consistent. Very convenient breakfast spot when staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport.

They are shut down permanently!! It was great when they were open.

Our server Zuzu (Zunilda) was the perfect server as it was our first stay at the Hyatt hotel. She was fun and made us feel very comfortable, if you ever see her please give her some love! You truly won't regret it!! And the food was to die for!!

My boyfriend and I have never been in Orlando before and decided to try this place out, our server Zuzu (Zunilda) did nothing but take care of us and give us the BEST service we’ve had in a while! Highly recommend asking for her! Food was amazing a must try for sure!

Just stayed on a 4 day business trip and ate at McCoys frequently. The entire staff, morning and night shift were wonderful. Quanda especially in the morning was an absolute delight and I was happy to have as my waitress everyday. She is a breath of fresh air in this crazy world we live in. The breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful and for dinner I recommend the fish and chips or the Chimichurri Steak! Both were great options!

Zuzu was our server, she was excellent!! Cuban was the best ever had, and my chicken dish was delicious!
