McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks

Great bartender and delicious food. I grabbed an early dinner before a later work meeting and was one of the first people in the bar area. The place was hopping by the time I left but the bartender maintained great service. Will definitely return. Had to update my review 3/11/24. Pretty terrible experience. Waited 50 minutes for my food when the bar side was pretty empty. A couple sat down 30min after me and got their food before I did. Whe. It did arrive, it was bland and the salmon was dry. Took forever to get the bartender's attention for a second glass of wine. Then as I finished said wine, got a mouthful of this nice surprise at the bottom (see picture). Such a let down the second time around. Not offer to compensate me for my ridiculous wait either. Not sure I will be back after that sub-par experience for how much I spent.

It’s been about five years since I’ve visited this location. It was good last time. The service was good this visit our waitress was very very attentive. The food was just awful. I got this Ahi tuna that felt like it was sitting around for a day. We had to return mussels because they were inedible, fries and mashed potatoes were cold. The highlight was ribeye that was small but at least it was good. We were celebrating a birthday, but didn’t even want to get dessert because everything had been a waste of money. No manager came to ask how things were. I will not come back here

I should have known going to a chain steakhouse you can find in every city was going to be a mistake. To start the cocktails came out room temperature to the table in coupe glasses. It was as if the bartender forgot to shake them with ice...disgusting. The chicken was pan seared and the skin of the chicken was inedible and you could not cut it with your knife. It is hard to believe they cannot get the basics of cocktails and basics of cooking correct....would not recommend wasting your money here.

Excellent food Price as expected for up scale restaurant Service was outstanding Ordered dirty martini, somehow the brine never made it into the drink?

Always a favorite of ours. First hiccup we've ever had there... My wife ordered sea bass and it was not cooked through, it was seriously under done in the middle. Our server was quick to take it back and replace it with one that was perfectly prepared. We will definitely be back.

We stopped at the lovely bar for a drink and appetizers before seeing a show. Cant go wrong with seared tuna and shrimp cocktail!
