McCormick & Kuleto's Seafood & Steaks

Probably top 5 view in SF. Typical SF prices, not unreasonable at all. Very high end service. Steak frites was great, absolute best fries in recent memory, and steak cooked perfectly. Oysters very flavorful and not too salty. Brussels were excellent and interesting. Would definitely come back.

we entered about five in the afternoon, in time for happy hour. we were the only people in the place. we sat at the bar for almost fifteen minutes with the bartender passing is multiple times and never even looking our way. a white couple enters and the bartender is magically not busy anymore. and it gets worse. we all to be seated, assuming we'd have our pick because the place was completely empty. no, they walk us to the table right by the kitchen door. the place has spectacular views and wonderful food, but they need a sign warning that melanin matters....

We really wanted to like this restaurant but other than the views, it pretty much misses the mark. The view is outstanding over the bay! However the food is a big problem. The clam chowder was fine, but the mains horrible. The fresh fish special we ordered ( red snapper) had no taste and was a bit too rubbery. The wagyu skewer was mostly gristle and included hair in the dish. It was returned. We also were given a dirty knife- quickly replaced. We were shocked overall and surprised at the low kitchen quality for our main meal. Improvements are needed and then the prices and view would be compatible.

I've been there three times. I come back here because the service is good. Younger waiters are more polite, while old school waiters are rude. Overall good seafood, fresh. Good combination of sauces. A bit pricey, but rent there is probably very expensive. Not the most unique place, but good enough for 4.2 stars.

We were in a group room for an event. Service was spectacular, food was delicious and the view was gorgeous. Thank you!

The waitress Corrie i believe, a younger black lady, was decent at first but when our food arrived she was no where to be seen. We had to flag down someone else for water even since she didn’t show up once while we were eating and the plates were not cleared off from the bread in the beginning it took almost until our food came. And then a big group of like 12 people sat next to us so she was very busy with them just after our food arrived but we overheard her being actually quite snippy to them telling them they have to order it like this not like this and boy you should have seen the groups faces go from happy to sad right away and they all looked depressed after that until we left but they did come in all happy celebrating something. We did not enjoy the service at all she looked like she wanted to quit her job and had no happy face at all. I’ve worked service jobs before and had rude customers (even though we or the group next to us were rude) and even with rude customers you always keep a smile and positive attitude especially at a nicer establishment like this one. On the other note the food was amazing we were very impressed so definitely come for the food just avoid corrie if that was her name!
