I had an employee admit to only giving me half my potato for a carry out order because they ran out of potatoes. So instead of letting me know, they thought the best solution was just to give me half my food and not say anything. I let the manager know via their online form, and the GM (Keith Mooneyham) thought the best way to make it up to me was to give me a free tea, ONLY IF I downloaded their app. Not a gallon of tea, no, a GLASS OF TEA. Worth about $2 and change. You can see how they value their customers. I was shorted on a $11 item and they care enough to give me a free drink. What a joke.

We’ve always enjoyed McAlisters. Lately it’s been getting a little more sloppy. The photo shows how I’ve received my sandwich multiple times. I can’t even pick it up because the sauce has been poured everywhere. We have also always requested no pickles, with the information of an allergy, and they continually add pickles.

I just ordered from uber eats and I literally called this establishment and told them I wanted my bread changed on my sandwich, well my food arrives and guess what’s missing? MY WHOLE SANDWICH. how do you forget someone’s entire sandwich when they just called and made a modification to it ?, so if anything that should’ve been the main item in the bag instead all I received was a potato , mac and cheese and a bag of chips . How embarrassing.

They are still forgetting the bacon on the sandwiches I order here and it seems like they haven't actually fixed the problems they said they would. I wish this place would do better because McAlister's is usually better than this, just don't go to this location if you care about your food being prepared correctly.

I have been to many locations and this is one of my favorites. Always clean, great service, food is fresh and yummy, friendly staff. Wonderful experience every time!
