Staff was nice but food sat in the window too long. Food was cold by the time we got to eat it. Potatoes were not cooked or was too cold so they didn't taste very good. 4.5/10

Went to McAlisters in Avon and asked to purchase a bowl of mac-n-cheese. Was told I can't purchase a bowl I could only get a cup. This was very disappointing. Not sure why you cannot purchase a bowl but only a cup.

Food is always hot and ready for pickup.

Great food expert, they add to much spinach and not enough lettuce. Also, there are no eggs in their salad. Sandwiches are good. Wish they had more Coke Zero opinions like Sprite Zero or Barq Zero
