where do I start? This is my second time ordering a nacho basket to go and the dip is absolutely DISGUSTING. It looks old!!! My chips were all broken too. I usually refrain from negative reviews but this is disappointing and inconvenient. Aside from that they forgot my pickle too for my sandwich

I had food delivered to my home and it was warm not hot. The Whitestown McAlister’s is way better and they get my 5 stars. Having warm soup that needs to be reheated gets 1 star. The cookie and tea get 5 stars.

Italian sandwich was great. I recommend it.

I love the food, the tea, and the professionalism & friendliness of the staff.

This place was very good. The sandwiches were very large and a selection is excellent. The meat is very fresh as is the bread that is served on. This is definitely a very good place, especially considering that it’s a chain. We will definitely come back.

Had 25% off entree on their app and they refused to honor it.
