I love this place! I discovered it while looking forcfor spaces. They have lots of parking in the back, awesome, friendly, and welcoming staff. The biz owner is cool make sure to drop in once it's open!

I've been a regular at Maz Cafe Con Leche over the past few years. Senah the owner is such a delight and she surely brightens up my day. Recently she's turned the cafe into a coworking space and its just what I needed my own space to rent out so that I can work in the privacy of my designated space while enjoying my favorite Maz drinks. Such a cute and quaint hidden gem, love Maz Space!

I heard Maz Cafe was opening up a coworking space, so had to come check it out. The decor and the chill vibe is somewhere I could definitely see myself working. Not too many of these coworking spaces in OC and its great to see one pop up in Santa Ana. They have day passes as well as monthly memberships.

The best case scenario i found! I was over a lonely office space & the good old fight for the outlet spot @ Starbucks! Newly opened in December, Maz space provided me with every need that I needed. Great Wifi, bottomless tea & coffee, first come first serve meeting room and plenty of space. They have access to about a 70’ x 20’ space (roughly). I am super excited and happy i can get work done in PEACE! They also have daily deals for those who are in town and are looking for a small space to work. This should be the standard for co-working space ! Thanks guys !

I discovered Maz Cafe back in 2016 and I fell in love with this coffee shop instantly. It has always been one of my favorite stops for delicious drinks & pastries, friendly staff, and an open space to unwind and relax. Let me just take a moment to talk about my favorite drink here. Every time I stop by, I have to grab my All Time Favorite Drink which is their AMAZINGGGGGG Mexican Hot Chocolate. Let me just remind everyone that Orange Coast Magazine has given Best Hot Chocolate to Maz Cafe. I truly love Hot Chocolate so excuse my crazy excitement over this!! To continue with the main reason for this review, I haven't been to this coffee shop for a little over a month and to my surprise, when I walked in at the end of December 2018, I walked into a brand new venue. It has been completely upgraded along with all brand new decor. I loved the space before so much but it fails in comparison to this newly updated place. The Maz Cafe's new look has such a bright, refreshing, good energy to the whole place but that's not the only thing that has been upgraded. They have created an entire separate space for their additional concept: Coworking Space. Coworking Spaces have been popping up everywhere in major metropolitan cities and I was thrilled when Maz Cafe was going to incorporate this aspect into their space!! I frequent this spot so often and spend countless hours working on my home business so when I saw a promotion on their Instagram page for a New Years Promotion for Coworking Space for $99, normally $199, I quickly jumped to the chance and signed up for membership. Not only do I enjoy coming to this beautiful space on a daily basis, I love being able to know that I have an office that I can get my work done at because working from home causes too much distraction!! They also added a private conference room so that I can meet with clients and discuss business contracts in private which was a huge plus for me. I also get discounts for being a member for all drinks and food so that makes me incredibly happy!! Santa Ana doesn't have any Coworking Spaces and the nearest locations are either in Irvine or Los Angeles for at least double the price. I highly suggest anyone to go check out this place and give it a try. Definitely saves money to anyone who cannot rent out an office!! It's located in historic Downtown Santa Ana. At least stop by to check out their amazing Horchata Latte, Mazapan Frappe, or my favorite the Spicy Hot Chocolate.

Loving the new revamp of the place! I’m Glad they finally got new chairs! Such a cute place to get my work done! Got in on the New Year Promo for $99! I love that there outlet everywhere and I get a 20% discount on their specialty 🍹 drinks. If you need printing, they have a big printer, but my work is all online, don’t really need it.

This is such a nice coworking space. If your purchase at their cafe (MAZ Cafe Con Leche) is above $10, you can get a free one day pass. If you are looking for a coworking space that sells nice coffee (most coworking space does not serve coffee), MAZ Coworking Space is the one! This place is great for people who work remotely or event students who like to work outside of their home. You can sign up for monthly membership and get discount for drinks and food from their cafe. They have printer, high speed wifi, good ambiance, personal office for meetings, etc. I think having a membership in this coworking space is definitely worth it. This summer, they have promo for their membership – $99 for two months. For those who are looking to hold events for their companies, I think this place should be the one.
