Mayor's Cafe Miami Lakes

Food is amazing BUT the lack of customer service is terrible. Placed an online order for pickup only to get there and wait 10 mins to even get anyone to acknowledge me for help.

Local hotel recommended Mayor's Cafe for breakfast before heading back home. Unfortunately, we were very dishearten by the rudeness of our waitress "Gretchen" when we asked if they had a "toastada" you would have thought we had insulted her. Her response was distasteful. She may have not remembered she was in Miami. Normally we probably would have gotten up and left however, because of our time crunch heading back home we stayed. We will say our food was very good but we do believe friendly service goes hand in hand with good food. One miserable servicer's attitude can definitely ruin ones good meal.

Food and service mediocre. Only breakfast place I’ve ever been that doesn’t offer other milk alternatives besides cow milk.

Mayor’s Cafe was so good! The interior is very cute and warm. The service was excellent. Our waitress was at our table immediately after we sat down and she was very friendly and prompt with her service. I had an omelette with bacon and cheese. They did not skimp on the fillings! It was delicious. Highly recommend!
