Good food if wanting to try or have vegan or vegetarian food. Service was attentive and quick. Decor was contemporary with colorful flair.

Good atmosphere and strong drinks, head chef was kind and the food was tasty.

The service and staff are so friendly and very attentive but the salmon taco…already want another! Delicious! At night, I wish they dimmed the lights to give it a little more ambiance and date vibes but would return in a heartbeat!

The food is soooo delicious and they have a variety of different food options. I have tried multiple of their dishes and every single one was so good. The owner is also very kind and lovely, great place!

This is the first time I had tried Mayan food and Mayan Kitchen far exceeded my expectations! The food was so delicious and it didn't seem heavy. Mayan cuisine uses clay pot cooking (as opposed to frying) and that left me feeling full but not too full. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered a lot. Parking: Shared lot with downtown Sunnyvale. The kind of lot where you have to wait for someone to leave. When arriving and leaving I only saw one open spot and that was the one I later parked in. Leaving, someone was waiting for me. This is a shared lot so it's true for all the restaurants here. If you can get a spot, the food and experience is well worth it.

If you are looking for a great experience, DO NOT go to Mayan Kitchen. I ordered food to go and had to wait 10 min for I guess the only English speaker there. They also don't answer the phone. I ordered a "chicken" salad, and got some lettuce, jicama and NO chicken. To top it all off I get back to my hotel and we got no plastic ware for our food!!! How are we supposed to eat my salad... with my fingers??? So no chicken and all you respond to is the utensils issue? Wow!! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place is so good! They have a variety of options, all of them are delicious and the owner is so kind. Would come back again!

Everything is really good. Definitely a MUST!
