Love the pizza. Wish there was somewhere inside to sit, but hey, outside had amazing weather for it.

The best pizza

This place use to be the go late night spot.... But as you can see it's not the same anymore. Missing 25% of my slice.

Only two to three people at all times, wait is long, almost always a line cause of how slow they are moving

*Edit - Were just back from a week in Hollywood and made 2 stops at Mauro's for their huge slices of delicious pizza! The wait times were no longer than 3 minutes and the price is definitely reasonable. Original My son and I stopped in for a quick bite during one of the car shows and I'm telling you now - They make a great pizza! This is pretty authentic New York style pizza and the slices were huge. You can fold it (as I prefer to) or eat it with a fork, even. The crust is thin & crispy and flaked when I folded it. The sauce to cheese ratio was almost perfect. You may initially pause at the price, but as you can see in my photo - they're worth it! We probably waited around 8-10 minutes, but there were a number of orders ahead of ours and they do a great job getting the orders out the door. Should you find yourself in Downton Hollywood and craving some great pizza, order up some crispy, cheesy pizza from Mauro's.

This is.not the same mauros. Pizza is not the same and the prices went north.. was great while it lasted.
