Very tasty and the staff is so nice.

Nobody in line when I got there to order and the cashier spent 10 minutes counting his drawer without saying a word so I left and came back when he was done. Again there was nobody in line I started to place my order and the cashier said hold on and left to the back. I waited for a bit and finally left.and got food next door. Poor customer service.

Food was disgusting. Rice was super hard & meat was super chewy. Id give this 0 stars if i could.

I am usually pretty skeptical of online reviews so I decided to take a chance on this Hawaiian BBQ place despite the underwhelming reviews. Experienced atrocious customer service by who I assume was the manager. It took her 20 min to get the POS and register ready then she finally took my order. Just then an employee of hers who I would also assume must have been late because he walked up next to where I had just ordered from and the sat on the counter and swung his legs over it to get to her side and clock in. I am not from Nevada but I'm sure that food administration would not appreciate this. Overall, food was expensive for the small portion size. Rice was undercooked dry and crunch. Meet was overcooked and tough. Everything was WAY TOO SALTY. I would rate this lower if I could.

Out of all the Hawaiian food places here in reno, I would say this is by far not the best. Food is decent, but portion sizes are terrible . I ordered a bbq beef plate and it was just the rice and beef when I was expecting some macaroni salad as well like they do at other restaurants. Beef was also extremely thin. Wouldn't recommend.

Better than L&L's. Musubi's are great.

Love to eat here when I come to the mall. The food is fresh and good.
