Matto Espresso

I come by here for work all the time. Newton makes the best drinks, and holds down this establishment like none other. He is so fast that even when there is a line he gets it done so quickly that I'm always amazed when I get to the front and he's the only one there! And he is still a smiling and pleasant individual even under stress! When I come there is laid back afrobeats playing and even during a stressful day the combination of newton's happiness and smile and island music playing puts me in a good mood. Matto is a chain but I hope they do not become so corporate that they require awful music. Also, we need to pay people like Newton more-- he is the reason people pick this place in the neighborhood!

Great coffee place, the quality of the coffee is really good and a lot of customisation options, such as plant based milk. Tried a few pastries and they were all good.

Dirty. Got my order wrong. Didn't have whole milk. Just messy all around with no one there.

Often out of stuff on the seamless app and instead of contacting you and asking you if you want a replacement they just leave the items out. Also their Pastries are very dry
