My Sister took me to Celebrate my Birthday, she flew From California and Surprised me, the food was exquisite you can no go wrong everything was beautifully cooked service was on point and the atmosphere was top notch there is a young lady that sings she has a silver tone voice very smooth she made the ambience wonderful from her voice to the playlist this place is definitely top tier very happy and satisfied customer right here. Parking: Valet parking

We will never go back. This place is a joke. Do not rely on this place for special occasions. They cancel on you last minute. They are not organized at all. The professionalism Is severly lacking. We advise you to STAY away from this place. The managers dont care, this place is run ridiculously. For the prices we will never, ever return - they called us up three hours before to tell us we couldnt come by boat - we had confirmed multiple times. This place is a JOKE! Go anywhere else… anyplace that is not is run by a corporation like this The people that work there are a complete joke. They are having a “banquet” so they are not docking and tell us three hours before. We will be going to another steak house. Liars. Claimed they called us over the weekend even after we confirmed multiple times. You cant leave a measage? Shame on you for ruining a very special occasion. Plus the general clientele is not people we would in general want to be around. Food is good, prices are outrageous, sfaff SUCKs, accommodations horrible, managment horrible. Go next door to Shooters. Much nicer staff, same view, dock staff is great. We go every sunday with an 80’ or 129’ boat. Bye Maestro’s.

We had another awesome experience this weekend at Maestro’s. As always, the menu is fantastic and everything we ordered was equally fantastic. The hostesses, upon our arrival ( and when calling and making reservations ), were super friendly and accommodating. And to top it all off, Saylor our Waiter, was amazing. The entire Masto’s staff made us feel at home. Combine the staff, service, food and a beautiful view and you have a the perfect experience.

We have dined at Mastros previously in Beverly Hills and Ft Lauderdale and enjoyed it, it was our anniversary Thursday February 22nd so we made a reservation for dinner that evening in Ft Lauderdale. We arrived about 15 minutes early, the inside was about half full, we were seated in about 10 minutes, our server Nicolina was both friendly and efficient. Our dinner was very good as was the service, we enjoyed our celebration very much. Upon arriving home I noticed the ribber trim hanging frlm under the front bumper. The next morning I checked further and my bottom bumper was deeply scratched as was the right front wheel. Apparently the valet ran it over a curb or car stop. As the car was just washed that morning I always look it over, there was no previous damage, I am very particular about my car and would never allow this. As it is a very nice car the enterprising valet wanted me to pay extra to park upfront, I guess my refusal resulted in damaging my car. I will not use the valet service next time visiting Mastros as they cannot be trusted, it put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable evening, thank you. We LOVE Mastro’s in the North East but our experience tonight was VERY underwhelming! Our waiter couldn’t be bothered with us because they sat one of his “normals” nearby. The food was not tasty. My chicken was raw, literally still bleeding onto the plate. When I finally flagged down the waiter after sitting there for 10-15 minutes he said “that’s how it comes if you want it more crispy the we can make it more crispy” I said to him that it’s not about the crisp but the chicken is actually still bloody. He finally bought the SAME chicken that I cut open back to me after another 20 minutes. At that point the mood was blown. He didn’t offer to get us another drink, he didn’t apologize for serving me undercooked chicken, or anything. It’s my wedding anniversary so I prebooked the small dessert with our names and happy anniversary on the plating he bought the plate with the names misspelled. When I bought this to his attention he said “yes that is misspelled it should be a y not a d and walked away!!!!!!!! No apology for spelling my wife’s name wrong, didn’t offer to get us another one, NOTHING! Very terrible experience and I highly suggest visiting another location. This location is careless and does not value paying customers, in my opinion.
