Best espresso martinis in the area. Chloe and Thomas were wonderful, we hope to get them again when we return! (Also the butter cake is an absolute must)

I came here as part of a large party of 10, and was very pleased with the prompt and attentive service throughout the entire dinner. As for the food, I got the New York Strip and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was worth the price that comes with a fine dining experience like this. As for the sides, this was by far the worst part of the meal and led me to give the food a lower rating. For sides, we got mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, brussels sprouts, and mushroom truffle gnocchi. Aside from the gnocchi, all sides were incredibly bland and were worse than the prepared meals section at a supermarket. I am convinced the mashed potatoes were instant because of how bland and watery they were. For the price being charged, it was an incredible disappointment. Not nearly up to par for a fine dining establishment. For the dessert, I got the signature Butter cake and it was everything you could have asked for. One of my favorite desserts in the Boston area, and would love to come here just for this. You can definitely split this amongst 2/3 people as well due to the size, which makes it an absolute bargain. Overall, the main course and dessert were well worth it, but the sides really dragged the experience down. For a steakhouse experience in Boston, I would look elsewhere for a more complete food experience.

The food, cocktails, and most importantly service are top notch at Mastro's! I frequently stop in after work for a cocktail and am greeted like family by Conor (GM), Val (Bar GM), along with 3 amazing bartenders and people, Chloe, Dan, and Jorge! In addition to the restaurant and decor being incredible, it's staffed by folks that genuinely care about their patrons. I highly recommend trying Mastro's Ocean Club and enjoying all that it has to offer!

This place exemplifies fine dining, with a very hip and fun vibe. A must if you want your meal to be a very memorable and special one. Before I go further, I must mention the superb service we got from our server Luna on the recent visit, a first for me. There are great servers, but then there is always someone exceptional, and that would be the best way to characterize how Luna was with us that evening. We decided to splurge and got the special Caviar (Royal-Russian Ostera) as part of the Appetizers that included roasted Bone Marrow and Iceberg Wedge Lettuce salad. The appetizers were a delight, a perfect segway to the amazingly appetizing and savory Chilean Sea bass and King Crab legs (1/2 lbs) entrees. The meal was outstanding, and the portions here are very generous which is why they have everything a la carte. We also got sides of Cream corn and Sautéed Asparagus. We enjoyed every bit of it, the flavors and preparation were well worth the price. The dessert of Crème brûlée and Cheese Cake (complimentary for a Birthday) made us absolutely full to the gills, but in a very satisfying way. The dinner was complemented by a glass of Maison Lorgeril Rose (Languedoc, French, 2022), and Albert Bichot Pinot Noir (Savigny-Les-Beaune, French, 2017) each. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion, and enjoy the ambiance of the Seaport district with a harbor view, if you are fortunate to get a window table.

Mastro’s exceeded all expectations! The cocktails were delicious , the NY strip was cooked to perfection, and our waiter, Alexis, provided exceptional service. A must-visit for anyone craving an unforgettable dining experience.

This was my first time at this particular location, and I couldn't help but notice that I was seated in a section near the bathroom, which seemed to be the POC designated area. While I understand how restaurant sections work, I don't believe it was a coincidence to see that every black person was seated in the back like myself. Also, the overall service was notably different from what I've experienced at their other locations; like in Las Vegas, NYC, LA to name a few.
