went to order the lady was 'busy' watching videos on the mobile and she put our order wrong! no apologies or something. food was ok nothing amazing
I love their unique identity on all aspects and food didn’t disappoint after all. I had dumplings and Brisket plus chicken Bao and all of which were delicious. They serve Halal meat which is a plus. Definitely will be returning.
My mother and I have been customers of Masterbao for many years and have always had a good experience and good food. Always fresh and we seasonaI vegetables. I wish there were more Masterbao restaurants around London. Today we went to have our dinner and we had an amazing service with Roman, and another lady as a cashier. Very welcoming and helpful. We will return as always. Vegetarian options: there's so many vegetarian options with VG available
We went to Master Bao in Westfield White City. We wanted to try a new restaurant which we hadn’t eaten before. We saw the special for the spring rolls and ordered it. I should have listened to my gut instinct and not order any more food but I didn’t. Silly me. I ordered the special beef noodle pho for my husband and I ordered the chicken noodles. The beef pho noodles was so tasteless. The broth was like water with little flavour, the meat was soft but also no flavour. The chicken noodles was so overpowering in taste. There was so much sauce it would seem they placed a lot of satchets of sauce to make the dish taste good. It was so disappointing. I had to drench my noodles in my husbands pho to remove the taste. Even that didn’t help. My kids couldn’t even eat it and complained how disgusting it is. The spring rolls was tiny and the sweet chilli sauce tasted so sour. The one good thing about the food was the lemonade. Other than that stay away if you want noodles
Delicious noodles but we didn’t like the chicken rice. It is hard to find seating area. Average dumplings.
Beef soup noodles is delicious in terms of European standard. Broth is not warm enough comparing to the Asian food standard. Typical Asian noodles. The bao is pretty good. Got the right sauce balance. Affordable price in London level. Staff are friendly.
Unfortunately, a decent bao couldn’t save this place from its *awful* dumplings… dry, flavourless, scattered haphazardly on the plate and somehow both over and undercooked??
