It was the BEST pizza I have ever eaten hands down. To hear the story of them traveling over seas to sample all types of pizza to land on the style they wanted to achieve makes sense the result would be something so delicious!

Pop Urban place. Great food and affordable

Wife and I had very good lunch here today I had the Sicilian hoagie so big I took half with me, wife had chicken flatbread and loved it waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Parking: Street parking no problem.

Everything was amazing!

The service was absolutely exceptional. I shared more under kid friendliness, especially regarding the manager Mr. Washington. Cannot sing his praises enough. Our server was only on her 2nd shift but was fantastic! Very attentive. If she didn't know, she quickly asked. We had several substitutions and they were made without any issues whatsoever or upcharge. My only criticisms regarding food were that the hummus needed at least 1-2 more falafels for the amount of very delicious hummus given, and my calzone was a bit scorched on top. The portion size of the calzone made 3 meals for me. 2 if I hadn't had the hummus. Kid-friendliness: They had a good kids menu and had double sided crayons which made for 4 colors which my kids appreciated. We were in Chattanooga for the first time ever. We did not realize how "fancy" the restaurant was. We were concerned because we have an autistic kiddo who is very opinionated. Our server was new but did not bag an eye. The manager came over just to touch base with our table and our kiddo let all of their "concerns" and criticisms be known. I was trying to quiet them but the manager embraced all of them. Pointed out some of the cares they had taken to meet or exceed expectations regarding his concerns and took them seriously. Mr. Washington literally took our kids around showing them. Asked their opinion on things, etc. This not only won our children over, it won us over. By the end, our kiddo wanted to work there and they were assured when they turned 16, they could return and apply because they would love to have them. Our kid told multiple people about the restaurant. I was moved by everyone's kindness and the thought of this one encounter during our short stay helped ease the nervousness of likely moving to the area. It also gave me a bit of hope in humanity that has wanted a bit in recent years.

Absolutely incredible service at the bar on Saturday 2/17. Stopped in for lunch after a hike. Had pleasant conversation with the young gentleman at the bar. The pepperoni pizza was incredible. So fresh.

Experiential Level Food. My taste buds are screaming for more! The Moroccan Shrimp is on another level of amazing. So happy we found Massey's!!!
