Way better than expected. A lot of people have given mixed reviews so had really low expectations. Thali is a must have
Having been to the Masala Zone at Earl's Court, I was definitely expecting a much better quality of food at their more upscale Covent Garden location. Unfortunately this was not the case. The ambience is great however and the staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Like most franchises in London, I'd say to pick the one that is outside the peak tourist trap zones. Upscale doesn't always mean higher quality it seems. Vegetarian options: A few items on the list were vegetarian. They could offer a better selection I think.
Food is average and the prices are high. Nice atmosphere/ decor and nice stafff
Service and food could have been better. 3 stars for food as it could not live up to the MASALA(spices) as I could not feel the masala in the food that Indian restaurants should have. Overall dishes were reasonably priced but the bread was unforgivingly expensive and tasteless
Had a visit after all the so called influencers & blogger reviews but we had food that causes indigestion, diarrhoea & sickness We had a veg option in 7 item selection Felt everything is too oily/ buttery Sprout chat too tangy Vada pao with cheese Aaloo tikki chat full of oil Jalebi chat too much yourgurt Dhahi Puri & Kulfi are okay didn't meet the expectations never going to visiting again .
Too bad : Portions are small !!!! For that Price ...
A wonderful atmosphere. Lovely surroundings and Fabulous Food & cocktails
Speedy service, beautiful restaurant and a fantastic meal. Each dish was described to us before we ate which was a lovely touch.
I really enjoy the vibes over theirs. It was great fun . Live the food as well.
