Más Veggies Vegan Taqueria

I've ordered nearly every burrito and bowl on the menu, hoping to find at least one decent thing. Unfortunately, *every* item is mediocre at best -- consistently unenjoyable. It is difficult to taste much difference between the burritos, since the ingredients are thoroughly bland. In a recent order, my burrito was atypically 90% rice, one cup of diablo salsa was very watery, and the second cup of diablo salsa was a thick paste. The diablo salsa was my favorite side, and I always got two cups -- it was relatively elevated and rich (although not very hot). Unfortunately, they recently reformulated it for the worse. It is now a boring, generic tomato paste+pepper -- pro: hotter than before, con: not appetizing. It is now my least favorite salsa. (I recommend they replace the green salsa with the old "diablo" and find a new diablo.) Finally, I wish the food felt healthier, coming from a vegetarian restaurant. The staff is always great and brings the stars up to two.
