O ramen estava muito bom, porém na hora de pagar eles não aceitavam dinheiro.

It was kinda hard to relax with the staff trying to get you tf out of there asap with swift order taking, clearing the dishes, and bringing the bill. But I guess all ramen places operate in that manner. I would go back regardless because the ramen was one of the best in Vancouver. Also, the option for 12% tip on the card machine seems unheard of for a downtown restaurant.

Tried their one vegetarian option. It was good. Vegan option was with rice noodles as opposed to their standard egg noodle, and no Parmesan chili oil. My partners stomach instantly reacted. Heard the chicken broth was good, but we came for the vegan option which wasn’t worth it

I visited Marutama last week and the overall quality is consistent with before COVID. I ordered the original ramen with egg. The chicken soup remains the best part to me. I found the char sui is reduced from three slices to two and they are a lot thinner than used to be so the texture is lost.

Pretty healthy ramen. The noodle is cooked just right and the broth is creamy and not salty. Spicy levels can go up a bit, but they have hot pepper flakes on the side. Kinda wish they had pork broth, but I guess it's their thing.

Popped in for some diner on a Thursday evening and wasn’t disappointed. I had the seaweed ramen bowl which was really tasty. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. If you’re crazy a a nice warm bowl of ramen this is a great spot.

Sitting arrangements not that great , just one option for vegetarians .
