Martin's Restaurant - Morrow Location

I walked in, and no one acknowledged my presence despite it being 2 people behind the counter and 1 other Payson just walking around. Finally, a young lady stated she'd be with me in a minute. The other 2 ladies were apparently getting off as they gathered their belongings, still not acknowledging me standing at the counter, and left. Wow! I understand you're scheduled to get off, but what happened to taking care of the customer??? Then after I ordered, the young guy who was preparing my food ripped the bag while putting my items on and was still going to give me a ripped bag?!? I asked if i could get separate bags. He proceeded to place the orders into 2 separate bags and put the one order with hot dog in the bag on its end instead of laying it flat down like a hot dog should be. ‍♀️ Terrible customer service.... My hamburger had no taste whatsoever!! Yuck! The bun was flat. Not sure about the other personsfood. But never ever for me.. I'll just stick to doing breakfast with them.

By far, the dirtiest restaurant I have been in years. So bad in fact, it was hard to keep my appetite up, Even though I skipped dinner the night before I was looking forward to a good breakfast. While the food was good, especially the sausage gravy, I don't see how anything can make up for the filth literally caked onto the walls and The door of the bathroom. And, that's just for starters. The staff is very nice and sweet You can tell the food is good and clean, however this is drive-thru only, and I don't know but with some places that dirty I really don't want to go there. This is sad because Martin's has a long reputation and you can tell the restaurant was built there very nicely as long back in the day. So, whoever got a hold of this is a franchisee is completely out to lunch in the Bahamas or something. No one has cleaned this place any very long time and I'll be surprised if they did a little more than just damp up the floor.

This place in Morrow is good as far as the food..usually do the drive thru..but today I went in..oh boy..A SERIOUS EFFORT AT TEACHING CLEANING PRACTICES..WIPE DOWN EVERYTHING..SANITIZE. THIS CANT BE REAL..NOBODY WORKING THE GRILL..ACTUALLY ALL WALKED AWAY SOMEWHERE LOL NOT FUNNY..WHO OWNS THIS PLACE???YOU NEED TO VISIT THE LOCATION IMMEDIATELY

This is a good place to go when you're heading out to go to work to get some breakfast I've been here a few times when I used to work near here

Waited in drive thru from 5 to5:15 . No response from cashier . Until I drove to window. I was told she saw me when, I asked why I wasn't addressed .
