Visited this establishment the morning of march 17. Very disappointed when i get my food and i am call stupid and the cashier said it loud and act like they didn't say anything when im the only customer there i now she didn't call her coworker stupid. Didn't get an apology. Not professional and very nasty towards customers. Don't like working at martins got to McDonald's they suck too.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! I went to this location last Sunday, 3/3/24, to get some Martin's breakfast. I get to the drive thru window to place my order and I tell the lady one meal I want and my passenger was telling me what they wanted and when I attempted to tell the Martin's worker what my passenger wanted she very RUDELY told me " No, you said that was the end of your order" and refused to take the rest of my order. That was the absolute WORST service I ever received at any Martin's. I called the restaurant to get the name of the rude employee who took my order, but no one answered the phone. The customer service at this location was the most horrible experience ever. I will not go back ever because that whole situation could have went bad very quickly with the way the woman in the drive thru spoke to me, a paying customer.
They need to update their intercom system so that they can hear you properly after you repeat your order to them several times just for you to get to the window to tell them that it’s wrong. Also make sure you check the price because they’ll charge you for something that cost way more than what you asked for and they will make it right at the window but don’t give you your money back to make it right I work too hard for my money to be ripped off, by the crooks at this hole in a wall.
Not good experience, manager lady at window gave me hard time , don't recommend this location
My favorite thing to get is the ham or steak biscuit , food overall is a little bland but it’s good , service is great and fast
