I had an unfortunate experience with both the service and quality of food. The staff and management interaction was far from pleasant, and the quality of the food, particularly the eggs, was disappointing. I believe improvements in management could significantly enhance the dining experience. When attempting to address my concerns, the response from the manager was unsatisfactory.
I am extremely displeased and utterly furious with the uncertainty surrounding the freshness of their biscuits. Having accumulated years of experience in the food industry, I possess an impeccable ability to discern an old biscuit simply by tasting it. It is beyond comprehension that, despite being aware of the sluggishness of Mondays and the potential high costs associated with food, they would dare to serve such subpar biscuits. This is absolutely unacceptable!
I'm not sure what's happened in the last year but customer service, food accuracy has gone down hill. I've came to this location for 35yrs. I've never had to come back to get an order fixed or replaced. I've never had to wait long drive times either. I've never been pulled up and then forgotten about. Did management change or the employee cause you guys definitely didn't change for better.
This Restaurant isn't the place to eat at all. I won't carry my dog or cat to eat here. For as the food I was served. Hamburger was flat with mostly grease. Cold to say. Dirty areas in different places of the restaurant. Sever disrespectful. Over pay for your food. Soda water. It's sad. Never will eat at Martin's again. Please close down
This was my chicken on my hard and dried up biscuit!!!! I am extremely disappointed!
This location can't ever get the order right. We love Martin's generally but the location closest to us can't get orders right and the food is just okay.
Martins very first store still serves very great biscuits!
