The food was good, but had to send my steak back 2 times and then the waitress seemed irritated. I asked for my steak cook medium, but it came very red with the edges slightly cooked. Then she took it and it came back with the side pieces better, but the main chunk was still very red. I kindly asked the waitress to describe what medium was at Marlow’s, because maybe I was expected something that they did differently. She could not tell me what medium was, but usually it’s pink in the center with a little more cooked. The steak when cooked was very good, but I feel like they should have some type of guideline for what they think a medium steak is. If they can’t describe it, then they don’t know what I’m asking for.
