Outstanding food and service, atmosphere was super cool and laid back. We had just gotten in to Duluth from a 7 hour drive and were starving. Told the waitress my wife was hangry and the app came out before she even got our drinks. Paying that close of attention to your customers and going that extra mile is so awesome. I've reviewed hundreds of eateries all over the country and I was so pleased with this place. The food was great but our server was the real show. Can't remember her name but she was a pretty blonde girl that works there nights and has an office job in the day. Truly went out of her way, was funny, fun and took great care of us. If you're a weary traveler stop in and you won't be disappointed.

I had a not so great experience at this Marlows today. We are frequent patrons of this brand and know the menu. We were seated promptly and courteously right next to the host station. From there, it took about 10 plus minutes at a time when the restaurant was less than full and plenty of wait staff. My husband ordered a medium rare burger absolutely plain with double steamed broccoli and a pickle on the side. I ordered the Asian Salad with Tuna. I asked if I could have the tuna poke style and swap out the wonton strips with wonton chips. My husbands burger came medium and my salad came with seared tuna with poke sauce on it with wonton strips. Both of our plates had to go back. Our server Jade was very nice and extremely courteous. What I am truly surprised at (and not in a good way) was even after she said she would speak to the manager, a manager never came to our table. Would not recommend this particular location of Marlows because the kitchen didn’t expedite the order correctly and the manager was not visible on the floor even after being made aware of the mistakes.

I had a great time. The service was great. I would definitely recommend it. We ate on the patio.
