Mario's Pizza & Italian Homemade Cuisine - on W Fordham Road

I walked in and asked how much was a slice and was told $4.25 and I turned around and walked right back out. Walked a little further to the concourse and found a pizza place where the slices are $1.50.... Enough said

I always walked or drove passed this pizza shop because of the people who tend to linger outside. One day I ordered from the MARIO PIZZA SHOP on Westchester Ave through door dash. I was surprised by the food and the flavors. I didn't know there was a closer one located on Fordham Rd until I order the unlimited seafood pasta dish. Excuse me for not remembering the gentleman's name but he was tall mid age Caucasian man. His customer service was amazing over the phone and in person. He ensure I would love the food and asked for my review afterwards. I explained it was my dad's birthday and he loves seafood and pasta and he recommended the dish. I placed the order went to pick it up and left with pizza and their own soda brand. Yesterday I ended up returning to give him my review face to face and letting him know he has locked in a customer as long as the food taste a fresh an great as it did prior. He again ensured me it would. I highly recommend this place

I had four Plane slices two cars of Dr Pepper.The was good.

Avoid Mario's pizza at all costs! Unacceptable Service and Dangerous Food! Absolutely appalled by my recent experience. We ordered via the Slice app, and when my young daughter bit into a slice, there were EGGSHELLS in the cheese! This is a serious health violation, choking hazard and completely unacceptable, especially for a place that presumably serves a lot of families. When I contacted Mario's to inform them of the issue, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. They refused to take any responsibility for the eggshells and offered no apology. This lack of concern for their customers' safety is astounding. They claim that the pizza is made in a place away from eggs but they serve dished that contain eggs so that is clearly inaccurate. Not only was the food dangerous, but the customer service was abhorrent. I would strongly advise anyone considering Mario's to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area that prioritize both food quality and customer service. I have notified the health department and hope they can help make this place safer for people who order from Mario's.

Pepperoni pie, mozzarella sticks and a meatball parm hero, $53. Pricey. Pizza was 6/10, sandwich 4/10, mozzarella sticks 6/10. Service was fast but the food was average at best. A lot of cheaper options with similar or better tasting pizza in the Fordham Section.

Kid-friendliness: There very nice and respectful and are hard workers. Ive tried all the pizza places around Fordham and Marios is the best. No cap. They’re so good I had to put a review. Trust.

Very nice workers. Food was delicious. I recommend this place to anyone that wants real Italian food in New York.

The food was swift and quick before I even knew it. I ordered a delicious pepperoni slice and a savory BBQ chicken pizza. While hearing a “Dancing in the Moonlight” rendition, I enjoyed the clean, warm atmosphere. The artwork is spectacularly displayed on the decorated walls. I enjoyed my stay at Mario’s Pizza, making me forget the rainy evening that November. Kid-friendliness: There were children who ate pasta with their parents. The pizzeria is safe for children.

Order pizza for delivery it was delicious an Italian restaurant worth eating at! I am definitely a lifelong customer
