Went to one of Philadelphia's finest places to get a good quality hoagie.

I think I have found my hoagie place. I have now narrowed it down to 2 places, just depends on where I am in the city. The meat was fresh, the roll is AWESOME! The finely shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato puts it over the top for me. Just wish you didn't have to pay for pickles and peppers, but it's not a deal breaker.

Dietary restrictions: When it wasn’t well-known, I was gluten-free. The owner said he did not have gluten-free rolls, but if I brought my own in, he would make my hoagie on it. They still do not have gluten-free rolls (which I would love to see change in the future), but they do accommodate. For that, it puts their service far beyond other hoagie shops. And did I mention besides that, their hoagie meats are just better tasting than anywhere else.
