Bar tender was paying no mind, 8 people at the bar, i waited 15 minutes for menus on a Tuesday. 6 dollar fries... a smaaalllllll cup of fries.... i counted 17 small french fries. Absolutely the worst... Food & drinks: Drinks good. Service horrible Food quanity very low. Good fries thoe. But smallll portions

Do not come here. Absolutely the worst service. Took 20 min to get a glass of water. Another 20 to bring a soft drink and place food order. It took 37 minutes to get a slice of key lime pie, the size of which wouldn’t satisfy a toddler. It looked ridiculously silly on the plate. Almost 2 hours for water, a drink a slice of pie and my check. Waitress barely spoke to me. This is on a Sunday night and it was not busy. Also strange only 1 Buffet song played, the rest was rap. Terrible experience and adds insult to injury when they are not honoring their namesake. Wish I had gone somewhere else!

Margaritaville ATL. Just had the worst experience ever at this establishment. The problem started with the terrible food, which led to a horrible experience with CC the most unprofessional member of management I have EVER had to deal with. She refused to discount anything off of my ticket, after saying she was going to. It was late on a Friday night which I assume was why the spinach dip when held upside down wouldn't even fall out of the bowl and the shrimp and grits looked like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Not to mention the rest of the 8 top table was terrible too. Maybe 2 out of 8 plates were edible. I honestly just wanted the uneaten food taken off. I was fine with paying for the meal my child ate, and the beer I drank half of as well as the cocktail my husband had. She went upstairs and refused to come fix my check, then yelled at us when she finally had no choice but to come back downstairs, and deal with us!! I was made to pay 100 dollar ticket for awful, uneaten food with no discounts! I've worked in the restaurant business over 20 years, this was by far the worst experience ive ever seen.

First off when we walk in it was TRASH on the floor. The host (the guy) greeted us with a smile the other hostess (the woman) standing there with her arms crossed. As I’m looking around ok they busy they don’t have time to stop and clean maybe they under staffed. We sit down. Server greeted us. We waited on drinks for 20 minutes why we watched the manager (he) sat down with other customers looking like he was out to eat with them. In my mind why aren’t they helping behind the bar???? But this isn’t the first time we came and saw managers sitting with customers while the restaurant was crashing. Last time a lady with colorful hair was doing the same thing so I guess that’s apart of management training. But we order Appetizer Trio which was old over cooked and look like it was just sitting. which we waited another 25 minutes for. We Order dinner Cheeseburger Paradise and Chicken and shrimp teriyaki. We waited another 30 minutes for. The only thing that was eatable and fresh was the chicken and shrimp everything else was HORRIBLE. We had a lot to drink at the game so we had to eat. Just a question why do the servers bring food to the table looking like trash. If the food doesn’t look like you would eat it why serve it to your guest. Yes we complained not one time did a manager come and apologize or ask did we want anything else. We just received a Tab. We are here the whole weekend for the the hawks games (Phoenix and Golden State). Would I recommend someone to come here NEVER. They need more workers and training about customer service and hospitality.

Stopped into the restaurant for a drink and an appetizer. Took almost two hours and we would have left had we not already ordered. Sat for around thirty minutes after our drinks and appetizers were done. Finally calculated the bill ourselves and left cash on the table. The waitress ran over with the check as we were walking out and we told her we left the money on the table
