Marco's Pizza

Horrible experience with Marcos pizza. We ordered at 7:30 pm and they gave us a burnt pizza. The next day we go in and show pictures of the burnt pizza and the manager some guy named Andrew completely dismissed us and did not even apologize and said “oh I wasn’t working” and walks away. Completely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. You guys serve a burnt pizza and then just shrug it off? Never eating at Marcos pizza again.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for delivery and they did not deliver to my address and they don't know where they delivered the pizzas. They did nothing to fix the issue on their end. Order from another location instead of this one.

I love Marco's pizza – it's usually my go-to. EXCEPT this location. Every time I go to this store, my food is always incorrect. Normally, I live with it without complaining, but today (03/04/24) I ordered multiple items, and each had its own problem. One pizza, ordered with steak, had ground beef. When I asked the rude guy about it, he said they grind it up when the meat doesn't thaw and that it's made of steak. Then he moved onto another customer without saying anything else. Fine dude, I get you having a bad day, but represent your company better. Worse, both pizzas (I think the garlic crust sauce) tasted like soap! This is crazy – I've worked in the food industry and know something probably wasn't fully dried or rinsed. Then the cheesy bread was half the size of the box, and I ordered 2 sauces with it (which are included), but only received one incorrect sauce. I give up on this place. I can't return here not knowing if what I paid for is correct. It's sad, but true. If someone from the store wants to reach out, that would be great. I tried to fill out the survey to avoid blasting this on Google, but it doesn't even work. Edit: Leme guess, what Marco's pizza will say. "We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. It's disappointing to know that our product and service did not meet your expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will address this with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again. Just absolutely tired of this place messing up or forgetting things every single time I order there. Today is the first time in a while. Have to sign up for their new order system which is absolutely awful, especially the order status screen. Get there grab the food and head home. But of course I’M the moron for not checking it before I left. Two pizzolis, sauces left out. So I have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK. Just for sauce. Absolutely infuriating. This is why people don’t want to go out to eat anymore. Tired of spending $50 on food for these places to just not care. I like Marco’s food, but GD this place needs to do better when it comes to consistency and making sure every order is right.

This place gets packed on a Friday evening so be sure to order ahead. Very good pizza and wings.
