Marco's Pizza

Very bad service, the worst of all. I ordered a pizza that never arrived, I called twice and the only justification they gave me is that it was delivered when it never was. Think twice before ordering from this place. I would never recommend it.

Do not order from this place. I did an online order of a Pepperoni Pizza and 10 buffalo wings. When the food got delivered, the pizza was not even sliced, therefore we’re sitting there trying to cut it with a knife and the whole thing is falling apart. It was just not enjoyable whatsoever. On top of that, my 10 count Buffalo Wings that I ordered came as a 10 count BBQ wings. When I tried to call to complain to them about my all of their mistakes, no one answered the Phone and I could not get any help. This place just sucks in every possible aspect. Strongly urge against ordering here.

First time trying . Toppings not even spread out on pizza. Crazy. How could you give that out? AITA? Not going to do this again

This used to be my favorite pizza to get for the family once a week however in the last year they’ve totally gone down hill. Not sure if it’s new management or employees getting lazy but every time I order something Is wrong… missing garlic butter sauce, the pizzas aren’t even cut all the way through, I ask for no olives in the Greek salad but yet they make sure every olive is on there, I asked for a Hawaiian pizza but I got a garden pizza instead the list goes on and on… oh and the garlic cheesy bread is getting less tasteful. Please give me an explanation

I love Marco’s in general but this was our first time ordering at this location and will definitely be the last. For one, the pizza came over an hour later than the ETA said it would (which was over 1.5 hr after we ordered). Then, after opening the pizza, we see that one of our slices had NOTHING on it. No sauce, no cheese, and no chicken and bacon which we ordered, literally just pie crust. I don’t know how they can possibly allow a pizza to be delivered with a slice that is simply just pie crust… The rest of the pizza was not the greatest by any means. When we called to ask about our order (after an hour had passed) they simply told us that the pizza was on its way. We only live 10 min from this location and after that phone call it took an additional 40 minutes to get here. Then we tried calling after realizing that we had a completely naked slice and they didn’t even answer. Very unprofessional and not worth the money we spent.

They're open till midnight. Stop delivery at 10:30 and deliver you cold sandwiches.
