I got an extra cheese pizza with garlic crust and light sauce. The flavor in the crust "is" there, but difficult to notice. It is firm enough that it won't droop under the weight of extra cheese, but also not crunchy so it doesn't distract from the experience. The light sauce was mildly tangy, which is much better suited to pizza, in my opinion, than the fruity sauce on Sea World pizza. I had mozzarella as the only type of cheese used, and it was fantastic. Delivered fresh, the cheese was still slightly dripping as one slice is removed for the plate. I highly recommend building your own pizza with Marco's, as I prefer this to the recommended default cheese pizza offered.
