Marco's Pizza

Can’t get helped when trying to pick up pizza, 30 mins over original time before someone would help so I got a cold pizza. Staff is hateful and rude to customers and just don’t wanna work

Hours said they closed at midnight. I arrived at 11:15pm with a mobile order placed at 11. I was not acknowledged when I entered and decided to wait in my car as it was still being prepared. I attempted to go back inside at 11:25ish, but the door was locked. I then had to wait in the drive through behind two cars, and therefore it took a very long time (approximately 20 more minutes) to receive my order. It was barely warm, and when I asked before paying, I was told it was “very hot.” Figured that was a bit of a stretch but paid anyways as I was hungry after waiting this long for food. Terrible to no service, and almost cold food. Go literally anywhere else.

These guys are wonderful! They went above and beyond tonight! Always a great experience!

As someone who takes high doses of vitamin D, I try to limit my calcium intake... Marco's hits the nail on the head when I order and as for less cheese...the "garden pizza" is the best pizza in Spartanburg!!

BEST MARCOS IN THE AREA

Marcos is hit and miss. Sometimes the pizzas are cooked well with deliciously crispy crust and melted toppings. Other times, it's slightly under-done which is terrible. Their pricing is good when they have coupons and when the pizza is made well. But when the pizza is poor, it's a terrible deal. Actually, it's expensive. That's what's frustrating. If the pizza could always be right, then it would always be worth it. But it's not always right, so sometimes after consecutive failures, I go to Pizza Hut.

I ordered 15 pizzas for work recently and they were made fast without sacrificing quality. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
