Never have delivery drivers

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. But tonight was absolutely ridiculous. Recently I’ve come to really enjoy Marcos and their cauliflower crust. I just got out of a sweaty workout and I was craving some cauliflower crust pizza. I did not want to get out of the car because I was very sweaty so I decided to call and wait to go inside when it was ready. I got to this location at 9:30. It closes at 10. I was sitting in my car right in front of the store when I called and I was waiting for someone to pick up. I saw a worker come from the back to say to his coworker who was sitting down looking at his phone that I’m not answering that and he hung the phone up on me. I’m extremely disappointed. I will not be back.

First time ordering from here. I ordered the works extra large. Unfortunately I think in an attempt to save money on toppings they put most of the toppings in the middle and 1/3 of the slice near the crust is empty. So the slice is uneven.

I ordered online and got all the alerts throughout the process. I got the last alert that my pizza was ready about 4 mins prior to me pulling into the parking lot. I arrived to a clean but empty store. I saw 2 employees in the back, moving about. I clearly saw a pizza, done, sitting outside the oven. I waited nearly 10 mins before I decided to CALL the store to get the employees attention. So, I called as I'm standing at the counter. An employee finally walks up and I hang up the phone and ask to pick up my online order. As my luck would have it...it was MY pizza just sitting outside the oven getting cold this whole time. I suppose this is what I get for tipping ahead of time.

Terrible experience. Got there just as I got the email that the pizza was ready. Got pizza home and it was not even cooked. Pepperoni was also not cooked. Everything was cold and the cheese had begun setting up. Called them about the problem and was told they'd get the manager, then he hung up. Called back and this time they told me the manager was outside and they'd give my phone number to her and she'd call back. It's now been 3 hours, I guess they better call out a search party. I've had a bad experience with this place before regarding a double charge to my credit card and I heard from some neighbors about getting bad service and food there too. This place has no idea about customer service - So if you don't care about staying in business, neither do I and I'll make sure to spread the word around in my subdivision.
