Today I ordered a large crispy pizza. I was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes. When I arrived the order was incorrect. Amber procedes to tell me give her 8 minutes to fix me another one. After 25 minutes, I ask if my pizza was ready. She couldn't remember my order. She then tells me she has to make me another one because the one she made the toppings rolled off. This is the second time in a month, upon pick up, my order was incorrect. The customer service sucks. No offer of a drink or discounted pizza. I walked out. Do better Marcos. I've been a customer for years. The service was much better when you first opened. Disappointed Customer.
Slowest store and took forever just to confirm my DoorDash pickup. I had to come to the store and let them know I want my order. I guess they were hoping I was just going to cancel! Lazy staff
just go to the store to order and wait if you want to actually get what you want. Delivered pizza was cold, like... Not hot, at all. Pizza is good otherwise.
Wonderful customer service. They had my pizza hot and ready for pick up from my online order and we're very friendly. Makes Friday pizza nights easy!
It would be nice to know it’s take out only and pizza didn’t look good!

If I could give 0 stars I would, pizza was never delivered after waiting over an hour. When I called to check on the status, the manager or whomever was rude and hung up on me after asking for a refund. Beware of these amateurs they are not good at their jobs! I will be checking my bank to make sure I get a FULL refund! MARCOS IS A JOKE!
