Marco's Pizza

Places like this feel like they were cosmically placed to align a universal negative pole for comparison to all other restaurants. This place sucks. It sucks on multiplicative levels. Not only is the pizza as a concept absolute garbage, its made with garbage ingredients that make you feel bloated as a Harkonnen elder purely through consumption of it. You’ll spend more on alka seltzer and painkillers attempting to recover from the food than what you spent on the food itself. Absolute cardboard, garbage food. But perhaps the greatest sin of all, and a real tangible problem, is that multiple times (MULTIPLE TIMES) we’ve ordered salad from this location, only to receive a direct phone call saying “we’re out of salad” (they are literally next door to a supermarket), and a request to refund us THAT NEVER COMES. We’ve been waiting for the second refund in the last few weeks, and at this point are likely just to chargeback. Garbage food. Garbage business that perpetuates heartburn and disappointment. The world would be tangibly better off if this cardboard recycling center masking as a pizza place literally didn’t exist.

We've tried Marco's Pizza a few times and have never been super impressed. We ordered a small and large pizza with a side of boneless wings over the weekend. The pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive at our house (we live about 2 miles from the restaurant), and when we called to inquire the person who answered laughed about how the pizza was still sitting there on the counter. When the food arrived it was (at this point, to be expected) - cold, but the pizza was also undercooked and just gross. Marco's gave us a dessert as an apology, and we appreciated the effort, but it didn't make up for $60+ spent on pizza no one wanted to eat.

I messed up my order so I called and they fixed it and were so polite! Great customer service!!!

This is the best pizza in Colorado!! The cheese with the wonderful chewy bread is like a beautiful party in my mouth !! Thank you guys for delivering it making me feel like I just took it out of the oven all hot and cheesey!! Great customer service as well especially at a time when people no longer take pride in treating each other like they would love to be treated! Thank you guys for the great pizza and service!!

Place is dirty as hell !!!! Girl manger here is so high & rude. Lazy lazy lazy . Go to Pizza Hut !

DO NOT VISIT OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen at a restaurant with as bad as customer service as this location. Made an order. 22 minutes later got an email stating my order is ready for pick up. 10 minutes later showed up to be told that they hadnt even started making my pizza . 16 minutes later they give me my pizza missing half of the toppings i paid for!! No excuses, no apologies. Absolute waste of paying customers time and money!!
